Going forward, The Happy Middle™ will feature, mostly, a series of re-occuring characters but retain the same style of snarky, slightly twisted, occasionally intelligent humor. Why? Because as Rose and I have realized, it makes the effort more relatable and we are constantly running into situations that would work EVEN BETTER if you had a “relationship” with the people you see in the comics we make. So, rest assured, with a bottle of bourbon or morphine drip, (or late night chips if that’s your bag), everything is going to be just fine. Fine + if I were to be so optimistic!
